BUGFIX: rewrote poverty, should fix lots of bugs
poverty should work now, even if the user doesn't do everything in one go. Cleaned up the layout at the same time. The cards were sometime displayed below the main page, which led to a lot of empty space... Indicating whos turns it is during the pre-game phase should now be ok. Also cleaned up whitespaces.
