played the first complete game :)

added some debugging functionality

adding email support

adding email test for nubati.net

a complete game, including counting points is now possible, still need to add the emailing part, a hashfunction and the handeling of sickness and remove lots of debugging info

cards are now deleted from your hand, still need to add some tests at the beginning and add up scores

still missing some checks, but got a lot further

deletet status.txt, since it doesn't need to be under version control
