poverty should work now, even if the user doesn't do everything in one go. Cleaned up the layout at the same time. The cards were sometime displayed below the main page, which led to a lot of empty space... Indicating whos turns it is during the pre-game phase should now be ok. Also cleaned up whitespaces. This way people can decide to wait until people in front of them finished the init phase to see what the other playes said... it's made so that you can also see if people behind you already have decided or not, but the player won't see the result in that case...
